This is a very touching story which I found in a note from Facebook that a friend of mine tagged me. Without I realized, my teardrops fell. I remembered the hardships of my mother in order to give me good life that I deserve.
One important lesson of the story is that we should always love our mother - in words and actions. I hope this story would touch and inspire you as it touched me.
The story began when I was a child. I was born as a son of a poor family.
Even for eating, we often got lack of food. Whenever the time for eating, mother often gave me her portion of rice. While she was removing her rice into my bowl, she would say “Eat this rice, son. I’m not hungry”.
That was Mother’s First Lie.
“Never ask why I love you, just accept that I do, and that I will for the rest of my life.” ♥

Exactly 4 years ago I consider myself as a “High School Graduate”, one big achievement back then. My eyes got even teary when my High School teacher told me “Parang kelan lang ikaw ang grumagraduate sa high school ah? ngayon sa college ka na gragraduate, ang bilis ng panahon, wag ka muna mag-aasawa ah?” I just laughed and answered her with “ayoko pa ma’am”, but deep down, I wanna cry, caused it was just like yesterday she’s saying those words to me after she congratulate me from graduating from High School. I miss them, I miss High School.
Time really do flies, Now, it’s time for my younger brother to consider himself as those phrase, a “High School Graduate”. We’ve been waiting for this time, and I can say, i’m proud that finally after many years he graduated from High School. Job Well done for him, but I must say, still, he must not take life as a joke, cause now, he got a new set of challenges to face, College, and hopefully, after 4 years, I’ll attend his college graduation just in time.

Nakaka-proud pala na makita mo yung taong espesyal sayo na nag-mamartsa, na habang umaakyat siya ng stage, napapangiti ka, dahil alam mong masaya ka para sa kanya, na kahit alam mong malayo pa ang kanyang pangalan, wala kang ibang ginawa kundi tumitig sa stage at sabihin sa sarili mo na “sana siya na susunod” dahil gustong-gusto mo na siya makita sa stage. Ang sarap lang isipin, at ang sarap lang sa pakiramdam na makita mo siyang naka-graduate, na makita mo siyang na-achieved niya yung isa sa pinaka-importanteng event sa buhay niya, nakakatuwa, na andun ako para makita yun, na andun ako kasama ang pamilya niya na pumapalakpak dahil sa achievement niya na yun, nakakatuwa! sobra!
